07:00 pm Blunt Force Trauma Seminar
08:00 pm Krav Maga Level 3
08:00 pm Instructor Training (All Instructors)

In the Krav Maga Level 1 Class this evening we are covering:

Eye / Throat Strikes
Hammerfist Strikes
Knees / Grab at Neck
Choke / Side

In the Krav Maga Level 3 Class:

Inside & Outside Slap Kicks
Plucking Def vs Front Kick
Side Step & Counter vs Front Kick
Covering Defense vs Round Kick


A Brown Belt Test is scheduled for this Friday and Saturday, April 30 and May 01, 2010. Friday will begin at 6 pm. Saturday will begin at 1 pm.

The next Green / Blue Belt Test is scheduled for May 08, 2010.

From now until May 08 Tony will be doing a review of all Green / Blue ground material on Tuesday night at 8 pm. We STRONGLY urge anyone planning to do the May 08Green / Blue Test OR the April 30 - May 01 Brown Belt Test to attend this class.
